Pause Rule is not showing (DOO rule) sometimes if also shows it would be in inactive status

in Order Management

Summary:

DooSeededOrchestrationRules.DOOHeader is some times not visible and if it is visible Aswell it would be in-active status.

Kindly let me know how do we activate to see while defining the orchestration rule in the line level.
