Cannot see Questionnaire within performance document even if the section is visible

in Performance Management

Hello experts,

we configured in performance template section Questionnaire section but when assigning performance document employees cannot see and fill any questionnaire.

What could it depend on? The same Questionnaire is visible in another template.
