How to send the Invoice hold approval completion notification to an approval group.

Summary:

We have a requirement to send the Invoice hold approval completion notification to an approval group in BPM.

Please note for hold resolution approval the list builder is not defined as approval group based. It is resource-based list builder. We want a list of users to be notified on completion of the Hold resolution approval.
