Percentage of eligible salary column (Merit %) value disappears if eligible salary value is 0

Summary:

Hello experts,

A compensation plan is configured as below:

Percentage of eligible salary - component 1 - Merit %

Compensation amount - component 1 - Merit amount → the value in this column is populated thru a dynamic condition : Eligible salary * (merit %/100)

Eligible salary column - value populated through a dynamic condition (Eligible salary through a fast formula -basically fetching balances for the plan year - Elig_Sal_FF )

For an employee with 0.00 in the eligible salary column in the worksheet , when a manager enters say 4% in merit % column , the value disappears and merit amount value is not populated.

Note : This column is bringing correct values for other records i.e. if value of eligible salary is any value other than 0 then its working fine but the issue is when eligible salary value is 0 then when entering merit % column value it disappears and also merit amount is not populated.

Howdy, Stranger!
