Need real-time business event for AR Dispute Approved (Fusion Receivables → OIC)

Summary:

We need an ERP Cloud → OIC real-time trigger when a Receivables dispute is approved. We can’t find any public business event for “Dispute Approved,” only downstream Credit Memo events. Please confirm capability or advise supported design.

Our client requires a real-time integration to downstream systems the moment an AR dispute is approved (approval outcome in the AR Dispute/CM Request approval workflow).

• In OIC, we can subscribe to Receivables business events (e.g., Credit Memo Completed/Applied).
• We cannot find any public “Dispute Approved” (or equivalent) event to subscribe to.
