In-case of retro transactions, plans are not getting end-dated as expected.

How can we ensure that when an employee’s working hours change from non-zero to zero, all active plan enrollments are end-dated correctly as of the retro transaction’s effective date (-1), instead of being end-dated as of sysdate (-1)?

Requirement – When normal working hours of an Employee changes from non-zero to zero, all his active plan enrolments should get end-dated with non-zero record’s effective end-date.
In-order to achieve this, we created a new eligibility profile and tagged it with the absence plans.
But this does not work as expected for retro transactions.
