Resource history is not shown when resource type is Manage/Dispatch/Admin?

Summary:

Dear Team,

On the resource screen we see resource history at each resource level. I noticed that when resource type is "Manage/Dispatch/Admin" we cannot see resource history and not any tabs. Can we know why its not seen? How to enable resource history for resource type Manage/Dispatch/Admin?
