Want to add Warning Message - When manager click on Bypass self-Evaluation

‘Bypass self-evaluation’ on the Manager evaluation page - can we add a warning on this on the confirmation page like ‘After Bypass self-evaluation, Employee can’t access and give their ratings on the goals and the competency’. (Performance Document)
