Does the application have the capability to update the seeded attributes of Latitude & Longitude in Oracle automatically, based on the information updated by the user in addressline-1?

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

At present our business users are updating the Oracle receivables customer Address line1 attributes with latitude & longitude details, as we don't know the exact ship to details of the Customer.
