When searching an employee along with the name instead Job Title need to show Position

Summary:

When running a keyword search or When searching for an employee by name, the search results display the Job Title of that user or employee.

But we need to display the 'Position' of the employee instead of the Job Title where ever it is applicable in goal management, performance management, talent review, career development modules because as per the business requirement, showing the job title give incorrect impression.
