Performance Goal Completion Percentage - Is it possible to enter manually?

Hello Everyone,

The Goal Completion Percentage is currently displayed in increments of 25. Is there a way to allow users to enter an exact percentage value instead? Could this be configured through Common Lookups or Personalization? If such an option exists, kindly provide guidance on how to set it up, as it would be very helpful.
