Why is an accounting attribute source available in dev environment but not in our test instance

Summary:

Hello we have set up a DFF in our Dev Environment and also set it an accounting attribute as a reconciliation reference.

We are trying to replicate it in our Test Instance, but the DFF is not showing in the selection.

All set ups in Dev were replicated in TEST instance prior to creation of accounting attribute.

Is there something we need to run to make it appear?
