Unable to select "All Representatives" Talent Profile for Area of Responsibility (Representative)

in Workforce Management

I'm unable to add "all Representatives" flag in Approve Talent Profile Content rules, please suggest.

Getting this Error :- RUL-05716: The function "GetAllRepresentatives" is not valid here.
