Summary:

As per 25B feature for Simplified Email Configuration for Joint Interest Billing Reports, the submit joint interest billing report is to trigger the email to customer contact when delivery method is email
I have the customer contact email setup properly and this customer is linked to my invoicing partner. JVM system options also has the email configurations completed.
Still the email is not send to the customer contact
