VAT Invoices Import Report for China process completes successfully with blank output

Summary: We need to import a flat file generated by Aisino golden tax system into oracle cloud receivables. We have created a sample file for import as integration is not yet developed between oracle and golden tax system. When we have imported the file into oracle using import/export functionality in oracle. The process is completed successfully. The VAT invoice number and all other details are imported successfully at header level on golden tax transaction workbench and Review VAT invoices. However, the line level data is not populated. Also the status is not changed to "completed" on golden tax transaction workbench.
