Evaluate Group Membership: Incremental updates for all groups vs Full refresh for the selected group

Summary:

We have the following issue:

  1. Employee is entered into HCM on the 19th of September. Start date is 1st of September.
  2. We have scheduled Evaluate Group Membership: Incremental updates for all group to run daily. Please see parameter here:
  3. Employee does NOT get rows inserted into Worker Time Entry Profiles nor Worker Time Processing Profiles
  4. I then have to run Evaluate Group Membership: Full refresh for the selected group for the specified HCM Group and execution date as of 1st september before rows are inserted into Worker Time Entry Profiles nor Worker Time Processing Profiles.

Qst: How should I schedule Evaluate Group Membership for us to automatically ensure employees are included in the HCM Group updates, even if the hiring date is before the actual date of entry into HCM?
