Business Title LOV Not Populating for Some Managers When Adding Absence for Direct Reports.

Hello All,

We have observed that for few particular manager, the business title does not populate any value when adding any type of absence for their direct reports.

Please note, this issue is currently limited to this single manager. The functionality works for other managers, and when this manager adds their own absence (ESS), the business title auto-populates correctly.

This issue affects every direct report under that manager.

Note : Assigning the seeded Line Manager role enables the Business Title LOV to display. The custom role only impacts a subset of managers—others are unaffected and see the LOV as expected. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?
