Trigger benefit life events based on secondary assignments

Summary:

Client allows multiple assignments for employees. Total FTE of >= 0.5 are eligible for benefits. Employees with primary assignment of .4 gets an additional assignment of .1 or more. This should make them eligible for benefits. When the additional assignment is added, no life event is being detected.

On the Default Benefit Relationship Configuration, we are not able to set the field "Enable Multiple Assignment Processing" to Yes as it is read only. The screen is still in Classic UI. If we would be able to detect life events based on the secondary assignments if this field is set to Yes, how do we enable this field.
