Employee receives Goal notification but unable to review or find the goal under goal center

Hello,

Employee is able to receive notifications under the bell icon for goals. However, in the bell icon notifications, all the goals from the goal plan are listed, But when the employee goes to the Goal Center under the goal plan, no goals/goal plans are displayed. This seems to be a mismatch.
