According to the example in the documentation it should be possible to include a Customer Signature in the output, whether from a custom property or a form property. The example uses both to represent the Resource and Customer signatures:

This does not appear to work or, as with the missing colouring, there's a step missing from the guidance. As, if you include a form property of 'customerSignature' to test it, the image does not display. Only the alt text does.
