Absence: Workflow request for absences made by AOR

Summary:

I have a scenario where a request made by HR follows a different route depending on the area of ​​responsibility. If the request is = "GENERATIONS_PEOPLE" the flow should be auto-approved, if the request is != "GENERATIONS_PEOPLE" the flow should proceed to approval.

We have tried in several ways and the flow reflects the validation by creating the same flow for both cases.
