Can't enter HR participant feedback after approval

Summary:

I have a business requirement where HR needs to enter responses to two specific questions after the performance document has been approved. This information should be accessible to the employee, but not visible to the line manager. I am seeking advice on how to achieve this.

I have considered using the HR Participant Feedback feature, but it is not ideal because the required data must be entered after the performance document is approved, during the calibration stage. However, the system closes participant feedback once the performance document is approved, which prevents us from entering the necessary information at the right time.
