Countries not available when creating a new Legal Entity

Hi Experts, we have seen that for creating a new Legal Entity, is it necessary firstly to select the Country. However, it seems that not all the countries are available by standard, for example: Algeria, Bulgaria, Indonesia,…Does anyone know how we should create these legal entities for these last countries which cannot be selected by default?
