E Signature for Work Order Approval is working in Classic UI but not in Redwood UI

Summary:

Work Order Approval configured for status change is working when the Work Orders are created from Classic UI but when the Work Order is created using Redwood UI, the approval is not getting triggered and the Work Order Status is changed directly.

What might be the reason for this if anyone has encountered the same ?
