FYI Notification not triggering for absence approval

in Workforce Management

Hello Team,

We have configured a new approval rule and am trying to trigger the FYI notification it doesn't work, but once I change from Information to Approver it triggers and works. I even changed the rule to 1=1 just to see the working but nothing works. I also tried to trigger FYI with a user but even in that case it doesn't trigger.

Can anyone please help. We have a go - live date for the changes but this is crucial.
