How can we obtain the current Task Type of Sales Order line using SQL Query

Hello,

We are updating EFF of a Sales Order Line using OrderFulfillmentResponseService.

Sales Order Lines can be in different status during the following update. We need to identify the current task of the Orchestration and would pass appropriate IntegrationContextCode to the OrderFulfillmentResponseService.

Could you please help share the SQL Query to identify the current task type of a sales order line, so the same can be utilized to update the Order line using OrderFulfillmentResponseService.
