How can I hide/restrict enhanced workbench actions?

Hello Experts,

I have assigned a workbench to a user menu. I want the users to only be able to see that particular workbench and not be able to switch layouts or modify/delete layouts.

So basically, I want to hide below actions from the workbench (hiding all action is also fine). Is there any ACL for this? I was able to hide Create/Copy/Save options but not the others.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
