Submitted/Approved Timecard Entries Not Displayed in Ascending Order in Redwood Layouts

Issue Summary: As part of ERP Rollout we have added new timecard fields on Redwood Timecard Layout ( Chart of Account Segments Added to the layout)
Submitted and approved timecard entries are no longer displayed in ascending order by default. Previously, users could see Payroll Time Type entries in ascending order automatically. Post-change, entries appear unordered and
Impact:
- Timecard administrators (large user base) submit timecards on behalf of employees.
- They need entries displayed in ascending order to reconcile before transferring to Payroll and Project Costing.
- Manual sorting increases processing time and risk of errors.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Submit or approve a timecard in Redwood.
