Asset data is not appearing in the Asset Picker under the Service Request object

Summary: Asset data is not appearing in the Asset Picker under the Service Request object

We have asset data in system, and we can see under asset and IB asset object.

But we are searching for asset on SR object that time we are not getting any data.

SR Object in Redwood: IBAssetId field is present.

We are getting the below error in console logs.
