Act as a Proxy - Error - ORA-00904: "QRSLT"."EFFECTIVE_SEQUENCE": invalid identifier

We have a custom role with the privileges to access Act as a Proxy under My Client Groups > Compensation.

When we assign a custom security profile to the role and click on Act as a Proxy Manager task we get the below error.

ORA-00904: "QRSLT"."EFFECTIVE_SEQUENCE": invalid identifier

When using the delivered View all People security Profile we are not getting the error.

We would need to restrict the access so we need to use the Custom Security Profile. Can you please help us in resolving this issue?
