Hide "Performance Rating Description" section that pops up when clicking "Show more info" under goal

Hi Everyone,

We're not able to hide the "Performance Rating Description" section that pops up when clicking "Show more info" under each goal while evaluating performance document.

We tried toggling true/ false values for all description related field in VBS still it's not getting hidden.
Can you please let me know what needs to be done here.
