Redwood: Keep certain fields editable in a non-editable goal

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood for Goals and Performance management, the customer wants certain field to remain editable in a non editable goal. This was earlier possible through Page composer through EL expression as have seen the document, but there is no document for Redwood where we can achieve this.

Requesting if any update can be received at earliest. With proper configuration setup.
