Expense report was approved by Line Manager &Auditor but it is not visible in audit under any status

in Expenses

We have an expense report created by an employee that was previously approved by both Line Manager and Auditor. However, when we search for it on the Manage Expense Report page as an auditor, it is not visible.

Could you please let me know what might be missing?
