Urgent Help: Two Boot Volumes Cannot Be Deleted, Says They're Still Attached After Instance Terminat

Hello everyone,
I'm facing a critical issue and need the community's or Oracle Support's help. I have two boot volumes that cannot be deleted because the system reports they are still "attached to an instance," even though the instances themselves have been terminated.
Problem Summary:
 * Instance Status: Terminated.
 * Boot Volumes Status: Still exist, and give an error when I try to delete them.
 * Boot Volume OCIDs:
   * ocid1.bootvolume.oc1.ap-singapore-2.abqwcljr42ekx65rmghfkng7mcwdmzksin2vwgc65lxmihlba7ydy6ooodka
   * ocid1.bootvolume.oc1.ap-singapore-2.abqwcljrkqstszx6ikbawxcjaewnwdungooxm2uipm6t2dg3olrufxufxkyq
 * Behavior: The system seems to believe these volumes are still connected to an instance, preventing their deletion and unnecessarily consuming resources.

Howdy, Stranger!
