Redwood: Notifications for Individual Compensation Plans not visible

I have enabled the profile option

ORA_CMP_INDIVIDUAL_COMPENSATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Since enabling the notification for approval is not generating. The approval rules are built within VariableAllocationTasks and no changes have been made to the rule.

The manager or HR user is still able to access the approval by going to worklist but doesn't receive any alert that approval is required. Has anyone else experienced this before I raise an SR?
