How can I add an additional tab next to the Absence Type dropdown on the Add Absence page?

We have a requirement to add an additional tab next to the Absence Type dropdown in the interface. This new tab should display specific types of absences, separate from the existing options.

Could someone kindly guide me on how to implement this change?

Please refer to the attached screenshot for context. I would like the new tab to appear immediately after the Leave Type tab.
