API to Withdraw Adjustment Pending in Approval

Summary:

We have a requirement to withdraw adjustment (Pending in Approval) via API. So, we are using createReverseAdjustment method of SOAP API (/fscmService/AdjustmentService) for the same but nothing is happening.

Could anyone confirm if this is the correct way of withdrawing an adjustment or there's any other API ?
