OTL Approval: how to check if time was created by Line Manager and who updated it later

In the Approval Rule: Payroll Time Card Approval, I am facing two issues:

• How to find out if Time entry was created by Line Manager? I am using the ApprovalTimeRecordGroup.EntrySource to check if the time was added by Employee/Webclock or Time Admin by passing the strings : ORA_HWM_WORKER_ENTRY/ ORA_HWM_TIME_COLLECT_DEVICE but how to check if the time is created by Line Manager?
• If the initial entry source was from Webclock(ORA_HWM_TIME_COLLECT_DEVICE) but later updated by LM or Time Admin, how to route the approval based on who updated it and not who created it? We have seen if time was entered by employee and later updated by Time Admin, the system still picks the approval rule defined for employee.
