Hide action button on My Goal page

in Performance Management

Hello experts,

we have a strange behavior on the system in "My Goal" page. Using a manager account I see the "Actions" button on the "My goal" page (not the goal page of the direct riports):

I found a lot of CCC on this argument, and I checked all the roles of the manager account, and I don't have the privilege related to the "Share" action.

Why is it still visible in the button?

It will be helpful to have the possibility to hide these actions from VBS.
