Order Line on hold was Shipped

There is a line that was generating the Hold since 05/09/2025.

However, the line was still pick it to be sent to the 3PL via integration with the Generate Shipment Request process on September 16

and was confirmed when the 3PL sent the confirmation. It should be noted that the line was requested for 702 units and 4 different lines were generated in the interface.

How we can prevent this ?
