Error "Annual Leave cannot be availed"

Summary:

Hi Team,

An employee is unable to apply annual leave now for straight 26 Calendar days from 23-Dec-2025 to 17-Jan-2026 though accrual has been run and their available balance as of Jan 31st 2026 is 27 days including their periodic accrual and carryover days. Moreover, Manager also getting same error applying leave on behalf of employee though Negative balance is enabled and "Insufficient balance enforcement" is not enabled for Manager. Attaching the error message below. Please advise
