Talent Review – Facilitator Can Only Add Direct Reports to Review Population

Summary:

In the Talent Review process, the facilitator has access to the Talent Review meeting. However, when reaching the phase to add the review population, the facilitator is only able to add their direct reports.

I’ve tested this with a user who has full seeded roles, and it works correctly they can add a broader population.

What privilege or role might be missing for the facilitator that would allow them to add employees beyond their direct reports to the review population?

I am attaching an Excel sheet where I compared the custom Talent Admin role with the seeded Human Resources Specialist role.
