Redwood: Saved Goals not displaying in Edit Goal Details

Hi Team,

When a Goal is saved/drafted and the user clicks on 'Edit Goal Details' button, all previously entered information appears blank. the detail are cleared out. this is a show stopper for Redwood UI Migration, Please advise on this.
