Goal Measurements disappeared with Redwood

in Performance Management

We have enabled Redwood for our Talent Management; goals management included. On Redwood, we can no longer see the measurements that our employees had entered under the Responsive Goal page.

We have had HRG_USE_MEASUREMENTS set to Multiple previously.
I also set in VBS the Page Property, "Performance Goal Measurements" to True but that does not seem to have made any change.

According to this 24B Readiness document, we should be able to

You can view, update, and delete the measurements that were added in responsive Goal Management in the Measurements section. 
You can generate reports about the measurements that were added to goals in responsive Goal Management.
