No new accrual should happen during local transfer
Summary:
Our sick and Vacation accrual plans are front loaded every January of each year.
Lets say employee is enrolled in Sick Plan A under Legal Entity B. Employee undergoes some local transfer (within same legal entity) and therefore becoms eligible in Sick Plan B.
I understand there is a way from the functional setup to ensure the balance transfers over but when doing that, we are seeing the employee is accruing new hours as well in Sick Plan B (assuming it's mid year transfer).
Is there any way to avoid this new accrual from happening?
For Sick plan, we have 80 hours accrual each year
