We are looking to implement Service module and trying the gauge the capabilities across Fusion Service(B2B Service, Service Logistics and Maintenance) and Field Service. The business function that we need to map is -

  • Customers will call the customer care to report their issue for their Rental Asset
  • Service agent will create a Service Request
  • Service Manager assigns a technician for this Service Request
  • Technician goes to the customer site and performs the repair work
  • Bill is generated for the customer after excluding any parts/services covered under warranty
