Insert Application Date as per preference in the Receipt Template

When using the Auto-Apply function, the application date in the Receipt will auto detect the current date and display in the field.

However, this will cause the aging incorrect when download it in different time, example, today VS next month same date with the same parameter.

In the between, there is no more transaction entered to the close period.

Would like to have if the receipt upload template able to have a field to allow user to key in the application date according to their preference or the receipt's accounting date reflect in the application date field.
