Business event is not triggering for Awaiting billing status

Summary:

Hi Team,

We Want to raise a Business event in OIC when SO line reach Awaiting billing Status.

We have enabled "Fulfillment Line Status Update" in task : Manage Business Event Trigger Points, But there is no event in OIC.:

Also we enabled the "Notify external system" option in customize orchestration process in manage orchestration process defination.
