Error while backout the life event

Summary:

Hi All,
This is new implementation. The client has rates starting 11/1/2025. So, we have created Programs ,Plans as of 1/1/1951. But they want rates from 11/1/2025.So we have created rates from 11/1/2025.When we backout life events or evaluate life events, we are getting the below error. Is it mandatory to have rates start date ,1 year prior.or did any one face this issue.Client wants to have rates only from 11/1/2025

Pls suggest.
