Request to Hide "Perf vs Potential" Tab in Talent Review

Summary:

In the Talent Review module, the "Perf vs Potential" tab is currently visible. However, our client does not use the rating matrix functionality, and this tab is not relevant to their process. We would like to explore options to hide or disable this tab from the Talent Review interface. Kindly advise if this can be achieved through configuration or if a patch/customization is required.
